We want you to love your BreezNeck. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 60 days of receiving it for a full refund — no questions asked.
Eligibility
- The return request must be made within 60 days of delivery.
- Items should be in resellable condition with original packaging where possible.
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
How to Start a Return
Email us at hello.breezneck@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will reply within 24 hours with return instructions and the return address for our EU warehouse.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your BreezNeck arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo or short video. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different colour or bundle is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
